Standard Revision
Implementation Procedures: Please be reminded that one of the Pro Board’s accreditation criteria is that accredited agencies must use current standards when certifying personnel. The Pro Board provides accredited agencies a twenty-four month period of time for updating tests to the revised edition of a standard. This means that each accredited agency must convert their certification tests and skill evaluation sheets to the revised standard within twenty-four months from the circulation or distribution date of the revised edition. (See revision chart) |

As soon as an agency has updated their certification tests to the revised edition of a standard the agency is requested to provide this information in writing to the Accreditation Manager so that the Pro Board’s files can be updated. Annual
Re-accreditation Authorization Forms: Each accredited agency should have received an Annual Re-accreditation Authorization, COA-2 form requesting an update on vital information regarding the accredited agency. This form should be returned to the Accreditation Manager prior to March 1, 2005. |
